
陈伟,教授,博士生导师,国家海外高层次青年人才(2022),湖北省“杰青”(2022),湖北省“百人计划”(2021)入选者。陈教授2009年于武汉大学化学基地班专业获理学学士学位,2014年在浙江大学化学系获得博士学位。2015-2018年在美国国立卫生研究院National Institutes of Health(NIH)陈小元教授课题组从事博士后研究,2018-2020年于麻省理工学院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT)Robert S. Langer教授(美国三院院士,2021年增选为中国工程院外籍院士)课题组任研究科学家(Research Scientist)。2021年加入华中科技大学同济医学院基础医学院药理学系,任教授,兼任Chinese Chemical Letters和MedComm-Biomaterials and Application青年编委,以及Journal of Nanobiotechnology客座编辑。同时担任湖北省药理学会理事以及中国抗癌协会第三届纳米肿瘤学专业委员会委员。

华中科技大学同济医学院基础医学院陈伟转化医学课题组
陈教授长期从事利用生物启发技术构建药物制剂及智能器件用于疾病诊断治疗的研究。围绕着克服肿瘤耐药性、提升病人依从性以及增加生物样本采样准确性等关键临床问题,陈教授基于前期研究背景,学习并借鉴自然界中存在生物原理,发展了系列生物启发智能系统:(1)制备仿生矿化药物制剂,逆转了肿瘤耐药性;(2)开发了生物表面修饰及改性技术,调控生物体定向迁移特性;(3)成功构建了血糖响应型微针贴片,便利、长效调控病人血糖;(4)创造超强生物粘附微针药片,实现了大分子药物高效口服递送;(5)发展可富集病毒微针咽拭子提高了新冠病毒检测准确性。目前已发表SCI论文30余篇,包括ACS Nano (2023), Adv. Release (2015)等。申请了多项中国或美国专利,4项已获授权。以重要骨干身份参与了美国国立卫生研究院内部研究计划,以及麻省理工学院-诺和诺德联合研究项目。陈教授的工作具有较大的国际影响力,成果被美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)和麻省理工学院(MIT)推荐,并被Cell出版社以及多家媒体相继转载。陈教授的工作已展现出较高的商业及临床转化潜力,被糖尿病药物公司诺和诺德邀请参与药物制剂的研发,相关工作已进入临床试验阶段。
