二、研究方向

脑中风是公认的、对人民健康造成威胁最广泛的疾病之一,中风又分为出血性和缺血性中风,其中缺血性中风的发生率高于出血性中风,慢性脑缺血是导致血管性痴呆主要原因,并且约有三分之一的脑缺血病人会出现情感障碍,严重影响了患者的康复,给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。慢性脑缺血的病理损伤机制复杂,目前,针对该疾病的研究多集中在急性缺血期,或急性缺血后较短时间内,因此,深入研究慢性脑缺血发生的病理生理机制,寻找慢性脑缺血治疗的新靶点并开发相应的药物有重要意义。课题组主要研究方向:(1)慢性脑缺血损伤的分子机制研究;(2)缺血预适应的保护机制;(3)有关抗脑缺血新药的开发研究。
