陈伟教授课题组

课题组研究方向为代谢性疾病药理学,仿生药剂和器件,药物可控释放等。围绕仿生智能器件/制剂的制备、体内递药效果评价,临床转化潜力评估开展相关研究。在前期研究中,课题组基于仿生矿化及微针技术,(1)制备仿生矿化药物制剂,逆转了肿瘤耐药性;(2)成功构建了血糖响应型微针贴片,便利、长效调控病人血糖;(3)创造超强生物粘附微针药片,实现了大分子药物高效口服递送;(4)发展可富集病毒微针咽拭子提高了新冠病毒检测准确性。这些工作分别以研究及综述论文的形式发表在国际著名学术刊物Sci. Adv., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Nano Today, Matter, ACS Nano,Nano Lett., Theranostics,Adv. Drug Deliv. Rev., Small , J. Control. Release。研究工作被美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)和麻省理工学院(MIT)推荐,并被Cell出版社以及多家媒体相继转载。
